Learn Lee Strasberg’s Method Acting Techniques
The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute® is dedicated to the ideals, values, and vision of Lee Strasberg’s innovative work, known throughout the world as The Method. Through actor training, outreach, and the preservation of archival materials, The Institute works to further the legacy of Lee Strasberg®, train the world’s greatest actors, and maintain Lee’s place as a seminal figure in the great American theatre and film tradition.

Week 1:
Monday March 27th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Script Analysis
Tuesday March 28th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Scene Study
Wednesday March 29th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting for Camera
Thursday March 30th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Scene Study
Friday March 31st: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Character Creation
Week 2:
Monday April 3rd: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Improv
Monday April 3rd: Time TBD, Virtual Q+A with Hollywood Casting Director
Tuesday April 4th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Method Acting + Scene Study
Wednesday April 5th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Master Class with David Strasberg
Thursday April 6th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, Master Class with David Strasberg
Friday April 7th: 1:30pm – 5:30pm, SHOWCASE
LIMITED CLASS SIZE: 16 Actors
Workshop will be taught in English. Actors must be proficient in speaking English. An assistant will be available to clarify any miscommunication or questions.
Audition Process:
- Each applying actor will need to submit an application via the link above.
- Each actor will need to submit a taped monologue via YouTube or Vimeo.
- Monologue can be no longer than 3 minutes.
- Monologue must be performed in English.
- Upload your audition to YouTube or Vimeo and provide the link and password (if needed).
Workshop Cost:
750 Euros for a total of 42 hours of class work.
