The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute® in Los Angeles has a few amazing rental spaces available to you and your production!

Our beautiful Marilyn Monroe Theatre is a red brick New York style 99 Seat Theatre. This equity stage is equipped with modern lighting and sound equipment, 5 dressing rooms, and a newly remodeled Theatre Lounge. The Marilyn also has a projector and screen making it a great option to screen your feature or short film. Your audience has direct access from the Santa Monica Blvd to your show as they gather in the Lounge and mingle with a glass of wine in their hands. Our West Hollywood location makes it the perfect Theatre for your next production or screening.

The Sontag Stage Black Box Theatre is a smaller seat venue. This space is intimate and ideal for shows that are looking to get the audience involved.

The Institute has plenty of rehearsal spaces available for rent as well.
