Led by Isabella Uzcátegui, Scene Study for TV takes the concepts of Script Analysis and applies them to TV sides. Learn the difference between a Procedural and a Relationship Drama, or Single Cam vs. Multi-Cam. Through class readings and discussions, students will begin to understand the different styles, timing, and structure that make each television genre unique.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
ISABELLA UZCÁTEGUI
Director, screenwriter, and producer, Isabella Uzcátegui has worked on various national and international projects. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she was raised in Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, and the United States. She was honored with the Artist & Scholar Award at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts for her leadership in the arts and original works in theater and film.
In New York, Isabella collaborated with directors Karen Maine on her feature film Rosaline (Hulu) and Bryce Dallas Howard on development for various projects at her production company, Nine Muses Entertainment. In Panama, Isabella has worked as a programmer for the HAYAH Short Film Festival and is the head of development of Panamanian production company Hello October.
