Script Analysis integrates Stanislavsky’s script approach with Lee Strasberg’s Method, using diverse source material to train actors not just to identify and understand the text but also to think and respond as actors when reading any script.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
ALANI iLONGWE
A graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and recipient of the coveted Ron Howard Fellowship, Alani studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute for Theatre & Film under the tutelage of instructors such as Bill Balzac, Ted Zurkowski, Lola Cohen, Geoffrey Horne, Paul Calderón, and the legendary Irma Sandrey. Since 2014, he has had the pleasure of teaching actors from around the world how to illuminate the human condition through the development of emotionally rich characters.
A multidisciplinary entertainment professional, Alani has performed at some of the most prestigious theaters around the country including The Geffen Playhouse, Seattle Rep, Arena Stage, and the Classical Theatre of Harlem. Television credits include: Law & Order, Blue Bloods, Major Crimes, and Castle. Feature film credits include: Life of a King, Woodlawn, and Arthur the King.
