“I want to be an actor because it’s what I love to do more than anything else. I love the feeling when you connect with and really start to understand a character.”

-Georgia Kester, Young Actors at Strasberg and NYU Tisch at Strasberg alumna

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME AN ACTOR?
I want to be an actor because it’s what I love to do more than anything else. I love the feeling when you connect with and really start to understand a character.

WHO’S YOUR INSPIRATION?
I love old Hollywood stars like Lucille Ball and Marilyn Monroe. I also love more modern actresses like Sutton Foster.

WHATS AN INTERESTING FACT OR QUALITY ABOUT YOURSELF?
I know some American Sign Language (ASL). I’ve also seen 23 broadway shows.

Georgia Kester is a student of The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute’s Young Actors at Strasberg program. Learn more about Young Actors at Strasberg here.
