“I was once a competitive dancer. My favorite part of dance was acting out a character, and being able to express myself.”

-Jennifer Kuhl, Young Actors at Strasberg alumna

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME AN ACTOR?
I watched the film Prozac Nation. I could see the struggles that the main character was going through and I felt like I could relate. It helped me cope to see that I wasn’t alone. I want someone else in the world to have the same experience.

WHO’S YOUR INSPIRATION?
Meryl Streep.

WHATS AN INTERESTING FACT OR QUALITY ABOUT YOURSELF?
I was once a competitive dancer. My favorite part of dance was acting out a character, and being able to express myself.

Jennifer Kuhl is a student of The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute’s Young Actors at Strasberg program. Learn more about Young Actors at Strasberg here.
