Tuition, Fee, and Refund Policies
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
In order to reserve your spot for a specific program or 12-week term start date, a non-refundable registration fee of $250 is required. This fee is not part of the tuition.
If you cannot attend the program/term for any reason, you may request a deferral to apply the registration fee to a new program/term start date. After one deferral, the fee is forfeited, and a new registration fee is required to hold a place in a subsequent program/term start date.
Payment of Tuition – Deadline
The tuition for each 12 Week Program or term must be paid in full two weeks prior to the start date of each term. Failure to pay tuition by the due date may result in losing your place in the program or losing your scheduled classes.
Please note, there are no payment plans.
Refund Policy: Withdrawal Prior to the Program/Term Start Date
If you withdraw prior to the program/term start date or before attending any class session, you may request a full refund of tuition. To request a refund, contact the Registrar’s office by email.
Refund Policy: Withdrawal After the Program/Term Start Date
If you request to withdraw after the program/term start date and have attended any class session, there will be no refund of tuition.
However, you may request a leave of absence and receive a pro-rated tuition credit for the remaining weeks of the term. A leave of absence must be requested before the end of the 8th week of the term. You may apply the tuition credit to another program/term within one year.
If you do not use the tuition credit within one year, the tuition credit is forfeited.
PROGRAM START DATES

2027 Winter: Monday, January 4
2027 Spring: Monday, March 29

There are no application deadlines, but we stop accepting applications once a program reaches capacity. This will be indicated on the application page. Prospective students are advised to apply at least 3-4 months prior to their desired program start date. You may apply up to one year prior to any start date.
