Carlos Colunga is originally from Mexico City and came to the US to study at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles in the early 1990s. He went on to intern under the late Marc Marno for nearly 20 years, where he honed his skills and knowledge as a Method Actor and teacher. Carlos has devoted his time to training in Lee’s Method and has been a valued faculty member for over 20 years. He also spends a large amount of time writing, directing and private coaching.
Carlos is The Institute’s Head of Instruction.
