LSTFI NEW YORK CAMPUS APPLICATION

Applications are open for all 2025 programs (Winter 2025, Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Fall 2025). We have rolling admissions, rather than deadlines, but prospective students are advised to apply at least 2 months prior to their desired program start date to secure admission. International applications for Fall 2024 are closed. International students need to allow additional extra time for the student visa process and should apply two to 6 months prior to desired program start date.

This is the electronic version of the Application Form. You may alternatively use the pdf application form, available for download below, and email to [email protected]. Please do not submit both versions.

Please note, applicants for the 2- and 4-Week Intensive Programs need only submit an application form (online form or pdf), a $75 application fee, a short statement about why they would like to attend, a resume/CV, proof of medical insurance, and a passport-style digital photo for identification purposes. All other programs (12-Week Program, One and Two Year Conservatories) require the full list of application requirements.
