PART-TIME PROGRAMS FOR DOMESTIC STUDENTS ONLY

Part-time programs at LSTFI in New York City offer students flexible schedule options to study Lee Strasberg’s technique in a rigorous and supportive setting. Students can study part-time each semester. The part-time program provides flexibility in regards to how many hours a student wishes to take each term. Students can alternate part-time to full-time from term to term. For example, a student can register for 8 hours in the fall, 12 hours in the Winter and 14 hours in the spring. 

New students may enroll part-time for a minimum of 8 hours (two Method Acting classes with two different teachers) and may add on additional two or four-hour classes. 

2-Year Conservatory alumni are also eligible to study part-time and may register for a minimum of 2-hour classes a la carte.

SAG-AFTRA card holders, who have never studied at The Institute, can take a minimum of one 4-hour Method Acting class a week and are permitted to add on additional classes as desired. SAG-AFTRA members are eligible for a discount. 

Once students register for their Program,  the administration will send a notification for the Program Orientation Date. Attending Orientation is mandatory.

All students, part-time and full-time, are permitted to add on additional classes to their schedules each term. Students must consult the registrar for further information. 

Two-Hour Elective: $825
