2 Week Intensive – LA Campus

INTENSIVES & WORKSHOPS

LOS ANGELES 2 WEEK INTENSIVE PROGRAM

The Strasberg Intensive Program is designed to introduce both the experienced and inexperienced actor to Lee Strasberg Method Acting™ in 2 weeks.  This program is based on our full-time programs in that students will take Method Acting, Acting for TV/Film, and an additional elective. All intensives have a set curriculum that pushes students toward a certain level of training in acting, while building a basic understanding of Lee Strasberg’s work.

This program is suited for those who are only able to attend a short program that would like to be exposed to new possibilities in their acting. With short-term Intensives programs offered approximately every 6 weeks (2 Intensives per term: Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall), it’s simple to find and enroll in an Intensive that works with your schedule.

Please be advised that there is limited space for this program.  This program will close once all spaces have been filled. Simply register online with a non-refundable deposit of $800 (balance of $850 due at Intensive start) to secure your spot.

Tuition $1650 (Includes $800 non-refundable deposit). Total of 36 hours over 2 weeks. Schedule, tuition, and dates subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Administration. Should you have questions or require additional information, please email [email protected].

COVID-19

Dear Students and Prospective Students,

As news of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we wanted to take time to reassure our community that The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute is monitoring circumstances on a regular basis. We are committed to the well-being and education of our students, faculty and staff. Following in step as other universities and schools, we have transitioned to holding classes remotely in ways that are meaningful.

The Spring 2020 term will begin on April 20th.

These are unique times worthy of serious thought and implementing measures of caution. We trust that our Community will, as always, join together, to find new ways to collaborate, innovate, and continue doing the work we care so deeply about.

Please be sure to follow us on social media for events and updates during this time where we're all Safer at Home.
