Synopsis

The subway is shut down, the streets are flooded, and time has run out on the Climate Clock. The Fall 2021 Clifford Odets Ensemble Play Commission, No Shade imagines a world where the climate crisis has reached a tipping point and New Yorkers must make a choice – do they go down fighting or place their faith in career politicians?
